This add-in is a Revit tool that runs entirely on your own computer. This policy explains, plainly, what data it does and does not touch.
The only information this add-in stores is kept locally, on your own machine, and is never sent anywhere:
%AppData%\ExstreamPro\ExportCleanup\trial.dat and a matching
Windows registry value under
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ExstreamPro\ExportCleanup.%AppData%\ExstreamPro\ExportCleanup\license.key so you don't
need to re-enter it. The key itself contains the email address it was
issued to, but this is only ever read locally by the add-in to verify the
key - it is not transmitted anywhere.%AppData%\ExstreamPro\ExportCleanup\Settings.json and
...\Profiles.json, purely so the tool remembers your setup
between sessions.None of the above ever leaves your computer. Uninstalling the add-in and
deleting the %AppData%\ExstreamPro\ExportCleanup folder removes
all of it.
When you use this add-in to export sheets, schedules, or other data, the resulting files (PDF, DWG, DWF/DWFx, IFC, Excel, etc.) are written only to the destination folder you choose. We never see, receive, or have access to these files.
If this policy changes, the "Last updated" date above will change. Since the add-in works entirely offline, any update to this policy has no effect on how the software itself behaves.
